The Iranian regime has made dozens of arrests, accusing individuals of spying for Israel amid growing fears about Mossad activities. Since the Israeli attacks began, 28 people have been arrested in Tehran and a man convicted of espionage has been executed. Iran's intelligence ministry has asked citizens to report suspicious activity and has mobilized security forces to step up surveillance. This paranoia was fueled by revelations of Israeli operations involving the smuggling of weapons into Iran.
