Iran has warned that it "will not leave any act of aggression unanswered," following new attacks launched by the United States on Iranian targets, in the context of an increasingly fragile ceasefire in the region.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry accused the American military of a "flagrant violation of the ceasefire" in Hormozgan province, claiming that the attacks occurred in the last 48 hours. Tehran has labeled the American military operation as a "terrorist act," reaffirming its commitment to defend the country's sovereignty.
In response, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed the launch of new strikes on Iranian positions, arguing that they were necessary to protect American troops in the region. American officials emphasized that the operation was carried out to counter the threats posed by Iranian forces, highlighting the increasing tensions between the two countries.
