Security measures at Machu Picchu will be beefed up after a video footage captured a woman throwing human ashes into the air. The incident sparked outrage in Peru. Machu Picchu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, receives an average of 5,600 visitors a day, but has few security cameras and guards.
