Peter Polt has submitted a request to the President of the European Parliament to suspend the immunity of Péter Magyar (photo), the opposition party's chairman, who is accused of stealing a telephone. The proposal follows an investigation by the Central Public Prosecutor's Office. Criminal proceedings against the MEP will only be possible after his immunity is suspended.
