The USA has announced that Hungary has resolved security issues and has returned to the Visa Waiver program.

The American authorities have confirmed that Hungary has addressed the security issues that led to its exclusion from the Visa Waiver program. This decision reflects the improvement of relations between the USA and Hungary under the leadership of Donald Trump. Hungarian citizens will benefit from a visa exemption system that will allow them to travel to the USA without restrictions, starting from September 30. The Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Peter Szijjarto, welcomed this achievement as a sign of cooperation between the two countries.
