CJEU adviser Juliane Kokott said Google's arguments were ineffective and highlighted its dominant position in the market. Although the opinion is not binding, judges often follow the advice of counsel. Google expressed disappointment, warning that a favorable CJEU decision could hurt investments and users in the Android ecosystem.
