A 76-year-old French actor is summoned to appear before the Criminal Court in Paris for charges of sexual assault and rape, filed by actress Charlotte Arnould. The incidents allegedly took place in 2018, and Arnould filed a complaint in 2020. Depardieu, who has already been sentenced to 18 months in prison with a suspended sentence for sexual assaults, denies the allegations, claiming that he had a consensual relationship.
