Russia's gas exports to China via pipelines are estimated at approximately 38.6–38.7 billion cubic meters in 2025, compared to 31 billion in 2024, which exceeds the annual capacity of the pipeline, set at 38 billion cubic meters. Gazprom began deliveries through the Power of Siberia 1 pipeline at the end of 2019, becoming an essential channel for Russia in the context of reduced exports to Europe due to Western sanctions. Miller emphasized that deliveries through this pipeline will continue to grow, thus strengthening China's role as the main export market for Russian gas.
