Russia warned by the US about a possible terrorist attack on Moscow’s Tsaritsyno Palace / FSB assured that it would take appropriate measures

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Saturday that it had received information from the United States about preparations for a possible terrorist attack in Moscow. The warning concerns an incident with numerous victims that could take place on the same day, October 31, at the Tsaritsyno Museum Complex, and Russian authorities said they had taken the necessary measures.

The information was transmitted through established partnership channels, according to the FSB. In a separate message, the U.S. Embassy in Moscow stated that it was aware of a credible threat and that the U.S. government was cooperating with Russian authorities. The embassy recommended that people avoid the area, remain vigilant, and stay away from crowded places.

The United States did not provide details about the individuals or groups that might be preparing the attack. The Tsaritsyno Complex, located in southern Moscow, includes imperial palaces and a frequently visited park, especially on weekends.

According to the Baza Telegram channel, which is associated with law enforcement sources, the park was closed, and access was permitted only for the evacuation of visitors. Law enforcement forces were mobilized in the area.
