On Monday night, at a fireworks festival in the city of Yokohama, Japan, two barges used to launch fireworks caught fire. Five workers were rescued after jumping into the sea. One was taken to hospital with a minor injury. The event was to include the launch of about 20,000 fireworks in 25 minutes but was canceled after the fire.
