On Sunday, a fire broke out on Arthur's Seat, a dorm dormant volcano in Edinburgh, affecting a large area of shrubs. The Scottish Fire Service received calls around 4.05pm and after five hours the fire was not out. Chris Murray, Member of the Scottish Parliament, warned people nearby to be cautious. Police advised people to avoid the area. Arthur's Seat, a popular spot for hikers, has had similar incidents in previous years, and this year's dry weather conditions may contribute to such events.
