AfD's Stephan Protschka has been fined after he derided Bavaria's premier Markus Soder as 'Sodolf', an apparent reference to Hitler, and a 'traitor to the country'. Protschka agreed to pay the fine in exchange for dropping the prosecution. The politician has until the end of August to pay the fine.
