A few days before marking four years since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the 122nd Territorial Defense Brigade received nearly 400 letters of encouragement from students in Pennsylvania. The initiative was launched by Arsenii, a Ukrainian teenager who is a refugee in the USA, whose father is fighting on the front lines. His longing for his father motivated him to ask his classmates to write messages for the soldiers, and the support was overwhelming. The letters, which contained messages of gratitude and encouragement, were personally delivered to the front lines, where the soldiers stated that this gesture boosts their morale and motivates them to continue fighting. In a sign of gratitude, the soldiers responded with a letter of thanks, wishing the students clear skies and that their parents would not have to go to war.
