Russian airline Utair's flight from St Petersburg to Samarkand was diverted to Moscow due to a stabilizer failure. The emergency landing was completed without incident and all 173 passengers and crew were unhurt. The airline is facing difficulties due to a shortage of planes and spare parts caused by Western sanctions against Russia.
