Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, announced that Russia has been prevented from unauthorized use of Starlink systems in Ukraine to launch drone attacks. Although the Starlink units have supported Ukrainian forces during the invasion, Russian forces have also captured some of these devices. SpaceX has been working to block the use of these units by Russia, and Ukrainian officials are developing a system that will allow only authorized terminals to operate in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Minister of Defense, Mykhailo Fedorov, mentioned that the measures taken have had quick results in countering Russian drones. At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a new round of peace talks, highlighting the remaining obstacles to an agreement. Zelensky expressed concern that Russia does not truly want to end the conflict.
