Earthquake with a magnitude of 7 in Vanuatu, an island nation in the South Pacific Ocean

A 7 magnitude earthquake occurred on Monday in the Vanuatu archipelago, according to the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ). The earthquake struck at a depth of 130 kilometers, and the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) confirmed that there is no risk of a tsunami resulting from it.
