The incident occurred shortly after takeoff, when the lights in the pressurized cabin temporarily went out. The crew decided to turn back to change the plane.

The two aircraft used as Air Force One are nearly four decades old and are equipped with advanced security technologies. Last year, Trump received a luxury Boeing 747-8 from the ruling family of Qatar, which is currently undergoing modernization. Although aviation safety incidents are rare, there have been previous situations where official aircraft experienced technical issues. Trump's journey will continue with another plane.
