Trump Media & Technology Group, the company behind Truth Social, will be listed on Nasdaq through a merger with Digital World Acquisition Corp. Trump's stake in the company would be worth about $3.6 billion. This comes as the former president faces several lawsuits, including a $454 million judgment in a fraud case.
