The US Treasury and Commerce Secretaries, along with a trade representative, will attend meetings with China during Vice Premier He Lifeng's visit to the UK. The meeting comes after a phone call between Trump and Xi Jinping in which they agreed to ease trade tensions. Both nations are seeking solutions to issues over rare minerals and mutually imposed tariffs amid a fragile global economy.
