The Kamchatka quake, the strongest in 14 years and the sixth strongest in history, has caused panic on four continents. In Hawaii, Romanians reported horror with lines at gas stations and evacuations in coastal areas. The tsunami triggered emergency evacuations in Japan, where nearly 2 million people have been ordered to evacuate. Waves also reached California, and in Japan, only one fatality was reported. Experts warn that a similar quake could have devastating consequences in Romania.
