A well-organized network of 20-30 Romanian citizens was dismantled by the carabinieri in Rome after they observed suspicious activities in the Fontana di Trevi area. They were scamming tourists through the game 'alba-neagra', simulating winnings to attract them. The investigation led to the identification of approximately one hundred individuals involved, and the carabinieri confiscated gambling equipment and illegally obtained income.
