Delcy Rodriguez, the interim president of Venezuela, stated that she is initiating a dialogue process with the United States "without any fear", following the White House's announcement to invite her to a future meeting.

"We are in a process of dialogue, of collaboration with the United States, without any fear, to address the divergences, difficulties, the most sensitive and the least sensitive, to handle them diplomatically," Delcy Rodriguez stated during a meeting with governors and mayors.
