The incident took place at a five-star resort in Cape Verde, where the pilot, whose name has not been released, was caught walking around the hotel's common areas in the middle of the night on August 5, without his clothes on, after a prolonged drinking session in a bar. He was due to operate a return flight to Gatwick in 36 hours' time, but was stopped from flying after the airline received complaints about the incident.
