A car bomb exploded on a road near the northern Syrian town of Manbij, killing 14 women and one man, all agricultural workers. Another 15 women were wounded. No organization has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, which comes shortly after another explosion in the area. The town of Manbij is in an area controlled by US-backed Syrian forces.
