Poland's President Karol Nawrocki has rejected a draft law that would have reduced the distance between wind farms and homes while keeping energy prices frozen. Nawrocki considers the bill a form of blackmail by the government, while Prime Minister Tusk and his ministers accuse him of ill will and incompetence, saying his veto will lead to higher energy prices for Poles. The clash between the two leaders also extends to foreign policy, with Poland recently missing a major summit because of their differences.
