Two American fighter jets were involved in a mid-air collision during the Gunfighter Skies airshow, held near the Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho on Sunday.
The accident occurred about 3.2 kilometers from the U.S. Air Force base, according to statements from the base's spokesperson. The airbase, located approximately 80 kilometers south of Boise, announced on social media that the area had been isolated to allow emergency teams to respond. Videos shared on social media captured the moment when four parachutes opened, indicating that the crew members successfully ejected. According to reports, all four crew members were evaluated by medical personnel and are safe.
