Bulgaria and Hungary have become members of the Peace Council initiated by Trump

Bulgaria and Hungary have recently joined the Council for Peace, an initiative launched by American President Donald Trump, despite the refusal of the majority of countries in the European Union. Romania, although it received an invitation from Trump, chose not to join, remaining among the EU states that have refused participation. Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov confirmed his country's involvement at the World Economic Forum in Davos, where Trump emphasized the importance of the council for global stability. Bulgaria's participation is set for three years, without financial contributions, and Trump will lead the council. In total, 19 nations have joined the initiative, including Argentina, Hungary, and Turkey, while major Western powers like France and Germany have chosen not to participate. Trump officially signed the founding charter of the council, which has been confirmed as an international organization.
