The artwork claimed by famous street artist Banksy, made of green paint dripping down a wall, has been smeared with white paint after 48 hours and an influx of visitors. The local authorities are negotiating with the owner of the property to protect the artwork, considering temporary measures such as installing a barrier, patrols and surveillance cameras.
