Artemis 2 will take humans around the Moon for the first time in 50 years. Over 400,000 spectators are waiting for the launch from Florida.

Just a few hours before the launch of the Artemis 2 mission, which will mark the first time in over half a century that humans will fly around the Moon, space enthusiasts in Florida are preparing to witness a historic moment.

The mission will carry three Americans and one Canadian, breaking the records of the Apollo missions and featuring the first participation of a woman, a person of color, and a non-American citizen.

It is estimated that 400,000 people will be present at the launch, scheduled for 6:24 PM local time. Tourists are expressing their excitement, promising to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot for the launch.

The Artemis 2 mission is expected to last approximately 10 days.
