The arrest took place at Luton Airport and the suspect was charged with conspiracy to set a life-threatening fire. This is the second arrest in the investigation, the first being 21-year-old Roman Lavrynovych, charged with arson. The incidents targeted Starmer's home and other properties associated with him, and the investigation is being coordinated by the Met Police Counter Terrorism Command, given his previous links to a senior public figure.
