The President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, will undertake a "tour of capitals" in September to discuss political priorities and upcoming summits with EU leaders. He will be in Bucharest on September 4, where he will meet with the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, as part of the scheduled visits to most member countries.
