Architecture firm Clouds has announced the concept of the Analemma Tower to be built in Dubai. The building will be accessible by drone, and the cost of construction in Dubai will be only one-fifth of that in New York. The plan includes launching the tower over Manhattan. The bureau plans to power the building using solar panels placed in the space.
