Almost 6,000 travelers were affected by the temporary closure of the airspace over Vilnius, caused by 13 balloons heading towards the airport. The restrictions led to the cancellation and modification of approximately 30 flights. Air traffic was restored at 04:50 on Sunday. This situation comes against the backdrop of cyberattacks and illegal drone entries in Europe, with the European Union suspecting Russia of being responsible for these incursions.
