Hyperion was observed on Friday near the refineries in the Amuay bay after crossing the Caribbean.

The sanctions imposed by the U.S. on January 10, 2025, aim to reduce Russia's energy revenues. Venezuela condemned the blockade, considering it a serious threat to its sovereignty. Additionally, the U.S. has imposed further sanctions against some members of President Maduro's family, accusing him of ties to drug trafficking.
