A Radio Liberty investigation reveals that 12 air defense systems have been deployed near Vladimir Putin's residence in Valdai, the majority of which are Pansky-S1. This significant increase from two systems a year ago was confirmed by satellite imagery and local observations. It is also noted that the number of defense systems in Valdai is much smaller compared to those in Moscow. The area is also home to Alina Kabaeva, speculated to be Putin's partner.
