Romania is launching a new National Cancer Competence Center that will bring together public and private medical institutions to improve cancer prevention, detection and treatment. It will ensure a clear patient pathway, personalized treatments and high-quality care using modern technologies. The center will contribute to the continuous training of specialists and will become operational in 2026, with the aim of increasing life expectancy and quality of life for patients.
