<p>The artificial heart, created by students from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Grigore T. Popa", has impressed the jury and other competitors at the HeartHackathon 2024 competition in Japan. The innovative device, just a few centimeters in size, was developed using a 3D printer and other advanced technologies. The team won the award for the most advanced design, and the innovation has the potential to offer solutions for patients with serious heart conditions.
