At the beginning of the week, the weather in Romania will be cold, with overcast skies and decreasing temperatures, especially in the center and northeast of the country. The National Meteorological Administration has forecast temporary rains in the south, center, and east, with significant amounts in Muntenia, southern Moldova, and western Dobrogea, where precipitation may exceed 10-20 l/m². In Banat, Crișana, and Maramureș, the rains will be more frequent in the first part of the day, and in the mountains, at high altitudes, the precipitation will be mixed. The wind will be light to moderate, and the maximum temperatures will range between 8 and 18 degrees, with minimums between 2 and 12 degrees.
During the week of November 10-17, the weather will be capricious, with alternations between mild days and rain, with most precipitation expected in the south. Between November 17-24, temperatures will remain slightly above average, with sporadic rains in the northwest. In the period of December 1-8, winter will begin with mild weather, and precipitation will be within normal limits, giving the feeling of a late autumn.
