On December 17, the weather in Romania will be warmer than usual for this time of year, according to the National Meteorological Administration (ANM). In the south and southeast, the sky will be predominantly cloudy, with drizzle and light rain, especially in the morning and at night. In the rest of the country, the sky will be variable, and in the northwest, isolated light rain may occur. The wind will be light to moderate, with nocturnal intensifications in the Curvature Carpathians. Maximum temperatures will range between 3 and 14 degrees, while minimums will be between -10 and 6 degrees. In Bucharest, stratiform cloudiness, drizzle, and light rain are expected, with a maximum temperature of about 3 degrees and a minimum between -1 and 0 degrees.
