Tesla has announced the recall of more than 2 million vehicles to fix a faulty system that can lead to Autopilot misuse.

The recall covers nearly all Tesla vehicles sold in the US and includes a software update that encourages more driver responsibility. It comes after a two-year investigation by highway regulators into several crashes that occurred while Autopilot was in operation.
