On Friday morning, road traffic is taking place under difficult conditions due to dense fog, which reduces visibility to below 200 meters on several roads in 17 counties, and in some areas, visibility is below 50 meters. The affected counties include Alba, Arad, Bacău, Bihor, Botoșani, Brașov, Caraș-Severin, Constanța, Dolj, Galați, Gorj, Harghita, Iași, Neamț, Olt, Timiș, and Vâlcea. The Romanian Police's Infotrafic Center recommends drivers to reduce speed, use appropriate lighting systems, increase safety distance, and avoid risky maneuvers. Additionally, police suggest that pedestrians cross only at marked places, be attentive to traffic, and avoid the roadway. The National Meteorological Administration has issued yellow code nowcasting warnings for dozens of counties.
