The National Meteorological Administration has issued a yellow code for fog for Bucharest and 14 counties, with reduced visibility. The police recommend caution in traffic.

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued yellow code nowcasting warnings for fog in Bucharest and localities in 14 counties, valid Monday morning. The fog will reduce visibility to below 200 meters, and in some areas even below 50 meters, affecting the counties of Ialomița, Ilfov, Botoșani, Suceava, Galați, Neamț, Iași, and Vaslui until 9:00 AM, and subsequently other counties until 11:00 AM. The INFOTRAFIC Center has informed that traffic is taking place under fog conditions on the highways A0, A1, A2, A3, and A7, as well as on several roads in various counties. Traffic police recommend reducing speed, proper use of lighting systems, and increasing the safety distance. Additionally, pedestrians are advised to cross only at marked places and to be attentive to vehicle traffic.
