Remus Ștefureac, the director of the INSCOP polling institute, signaled a possible voter turnout of under 30% in Bucharest, considering the low voting pace in the early hours of the day. He estimated that if this pace continues, the final turnout could be around 30%, compared to 41% in the 2024 elections. At 10 AM, the voter turnout was just over 3%, compared to 6% in the same period last year.
