14 hours after the opening of polling stations in Romania, 8,679,626 Romanians have voted. Of these, 4,803,427 were in urban areas and 3,876,199 in rural areas.

In comparison, after 14 hours in the 2024 presidential election, in the first round, 8,642.665 people (in urban areas there were 4,842,670 voted, and in rural areas there were 3,799,995).

In comparison, after 14 hours in the 2020 parliamentary elections, after 14 hours, the votes were cast 5.793,135 people (in urban areas there were 3,125,700 voted, and in rural areas there were 2,667,435).

In the 2024 Europarliamentary elections, after 14 hours, 9,140,834 Romanians voted (in urban areas there were 4,584,517 votes, and in rural areas there were 4,556,317 votes).
