Nicușor Dan, the mayor general of the capital, has managed to raise around €140,000 for his presidential election campaign in just two weeks since launching his donation website.

<p>"The last time I looked, so we launched this exactly two weeks ago, on a Monday, so two weeks and one day, and when I looked, yesterday or the day before yesterday, we had raised 700,000 lei from over 2,000 people", said the mayor of the capital on Antena 3.
