Daniel Băluță presented, on Monday, the commitments he says he assumes in front of the Bucharest residents, along with the launch of his program for the Capital.

No promises, but a moral contract that I propose to people. I ask them to judge me! Thus:

1. I take responsibility for the city, I do not blame it.

2. I address emergencies.

3. I put people before politics.

4. I build for the future, not for applause.

5. I make administration a window, not a wall.

6. I return the city to the people.

7. I do not ask for trust, I work for it.

Băluță asserts that he takes responsibility for the city and does not blame it, that he will prioritize the emergencies of Bucharest and that he will put people before politics.
