Survey for the Bucharest City Hall elections 2025, commissioned by PNL: Ciucu, Băluță and Drulă, separated by just a few percentage points

The PNL candidate for the Bucharest City Hall, Ciprian Ciucu, is two percentage points away from Daniel Băluţă, the PSD representative in the race for the Capital City Hall, shows a poll commissioned by the liberals and presented by Cotidianul.ro.

According to the poll, the ranking of voters with declared opinions is as follows:

Ciprian Ciucu (PNL) – 26.4%

Daniel Băluţă (PSD) – 24.5%

Cătălin Drulă (USR) – 18.7%

Anca Alexandrescu (independent) – 15.0%

Ana-Maria Ciceală (SENS, URS.PDF) – 10.5%

The poll was conducted by Novel Research, commissioned by PNL, on a representative sample of the population aged 18 and over in the municipality of

Bucharest, with random selection of households and interviewed individuals. The interviews were based on a standardized questionnaire, with data collected between October 24-31, 2025.

Margin of error: ±3% for a confidence level of 95%
