The decision was taken following a complaint filed by the Union Save Romania, which complained that the materials did not comply with the law, as the code of trustee and the code of political advertising were missing. The BEC analyzed 69 materials and found that 39 of them violated the law. Posts on TikTok from a fake account intended to promote Simion were also removed. The decision can be challenged in court.
