The Romanian state is a hindrance, it is certainly not a partner, says Viorel Băltărețu, future Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy: "I have been a taxpayer and at one point I was also a victim. I know very well how the state looks from the perspective of an entrepreneur."

He made these statements on Tuesday, at the NewMoney.Talks conference – "The Barometer of Entrepreneurs Building Romania and the Republic of Moldova."
