The value of transactions with shares increased by 328.7 million lei, reaching a total of 614.03 million lei. The most active trading day was Thursday, January 15, with a turnover of 139.54 million lei, while Wednesday was the weakest day, with 71.35 million lei. The BET index closed the week at 27,375.08 points. The shares of Banca Transilvania were the most liquid, with transactions of 125.8 million lei and an increase of 4.36%. Other important titles included OMV Petrom and Romgaz, with increases of 3.59% and 6.63%. The largest increases were recorded by Biofarm (30.28%), Carbochim (26.42%) and Romcarbon (24.75%), while Mecanica Ceahlău had the largest decrease, of 14.29%.
